Cocktail of the Week: The Sidecar

This cocktail has been touted by a few sources as the precursor to the margarita, which I’m inclined to agree with, although I think this is far superior in both cool points and flavor.

Grab your shaker.

1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 ounce Cointreau or triple sec
1 ounce brandy
1 lemon wedge for garnish
