RIP, Ray Bradbury.

Iconic Science Fiction writer Ray Bradbury has passed away at the age of 91. Best known for writing Fahrenheit 451, he will also be remembered for writing excellent short stories, especially my favorite collection “The Martian Chronicles”. He will be missed, but his work will live on forever.

Beloved by Hemingway and destroyed by time (and cruise ships), this is another simple and classic drink.


2 oz. White Rum
1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

Combine ingredients in a shaker, shake and serve in a chilled martini glass garnished with a lime wheel.
